Back to the foothills for the holidays. I have my 5th annual christmas concert with Lyquid Amber, my CA band project with my friend Evo Bluestein. Here in the foothills at Evo’s place is where everything started. I stayed almost 6 months after I moved from Germany and we wrote a lot of music together. Here we’re just writing some new music that we’ll perform on Dec 30th in the Bonner Auditorium in Fresno.
Eva, our young fiddle player called Evo and me “The Twin Towers” which almost left me cracking up on the floor. It’s interesting though, we have a strong connection and the music and words that come out of that collaboration is very strong and unique.
